Most products at Babylush are kept in stock and your order is usually dispatched within 2 business days. If the item is currently out of stock and needs to ordered in we will notify you by email as to the estimated time until your order is dispatched.
Orders are despatched as soon as possible by Express Parcel Post. Postage time varies depending on where you are located.

To apply a coupon code, click on "Redeem Discount Coupon" on the right middle of the check-out page. Simply enter the code into the text box, with the security code and click "Apply Coupon".
Payments made online through Paypal and Credit Card are protected securely by SSL, and are the quickest and easiest form of payment. You can also choose to pay by EFT

EXPRESS POSTAGE PARCELS with the goal of delivering your parcels securely and reliably, at the most economical price. Express Post offer next day delivery to capital cities except Darwin and Perth. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you can exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in its original condition- original packaging, with labels, unused and unworn. Please contact via email info@babylush.com.au to discuss your concern. Exchange items are to be returned to
Babylush with a self addressed prepaid express postage satchel included with the item for the exchanged item to be sent back to the customer. Please use Express post as this allows you to record a tracking number. Babylush takes no responsibility for customer returns
